Sales Administrative Assistant
for the Hyatt Regency Seattle and Hyatt at Olive 8!
The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Sales & Marketing Managers for Hyatt Regency Seattle and Hyatt at Olive 8 . The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer serviceand critical thinking/ problem solving skills ; and must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.
The hourly rate range for this position is $26.25 to $26.78. The starting rate for this position is $26.25/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently $26.78/hour.

Qualifications:
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic hospitality knowledge and/or administrative support experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and confidently.
• Must be able to establish professional relationships within the hotel and manage confidential information.
• Strengths must include knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word programs.
• Knowledge of Hyatt's Envision Sales System is a plus.
